A3-graded MSci project: built a Purdue-segmented ICS testbed with physical Siemens PLCs and used MITRE Caldera to emulate and reconstruct multi-stage APT attack chains.

SANS Capture The Flag Finalist

Reached the final round of a UK government-sponsored SANS CTF, applying practical investigation and problem-solving skills across security challenges.

Federated Learning for Network Intrusion Detection

Developed privacy-preserving intrusion-detection models on UNSW-NB15 and explored how random-forest models can be merged across distributed clients.

Secure Self-Hosted Portfolio

Self-hosted and deployed with Docker, Nginx and cloud infrastructure, with a custom local editing workflow and automated deployment pipeline.

About.

I am a University of Glasgow Computing Science MSci graduate with Honours and a specialism in Cybersecurity. My experience spans APT emulation, ICS/OT security, intrusion detection, AWS and API security, Linux, networking and secure software engineering. I built and attacked a virtualised industrial control system testbed using MITRE Caldera, researched federated learning for network intrusion detection, and maintain a self-hosted security home lab. I am available immediately, willing to relocate across the UK, and particularly interested in SOC and security operations, incident response, OT/ICS security, detection engineering and malware research.
